Following a highly successful 15-year career in banking leading teams of over 100 people, Lloyd transitioned into entrepreneurship by starting his own business. Through dedication and strategic growth, he successfully scaled and eventually exited the business, achieving remarkable results. Leveraging his extensive experience in finance and business development, Lloyd is now a key leader in our Self-Employed Partner Programme (SPP). His role focuses on managing and motivating agents, providing them with the tools, insights, and inspiration to succeed in the competitive merchant services industry. Lloyd’s leadership exemplifies the opportunities available through the SPP and highlights the value of experience-driven mentorship in building lasting success.

Hannah is a skilled learning and development professional with over five years of experience in designing and delivering impactful training. At IPS, she manages our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it is an effective hub for high-quality education and training resources. Hannah oversees the entire Learning and Development (L&D) function, with a particular focus on supporting and training new start partners. Her commitment to providing engaging, practical, and accessible learning experiences equips our partners with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
